All Bethlehem Burners torches come with 1/4″ B-fitting hose connections on the valves. This type of hose connection is standard in the USA because it provides the safest and most secure hose connection. The Bethlehem Burners Hose Barb Set converts the B-fitting hose connections into 1/4″ hose barbs, for flame workers who work outside the USA or for those who prefer to attach hose using standard hose clamps.
The Bethlehem Burners Hose Barb Set comes with 1x GAS Male B to B Union and 1x OXY Male B to B Union. These unions convert the female fitting on the Hose Barb to a male fitting. This allows the Hose Barbs to be attached to female fittings found on hoses or other hose connection equipment like Y-connectors. *The B to B Unions are not used when attaching Hose Barbs to a Bethlehem Burners torch.
