Bethlehem Burners to Unveil New Torches at CHAMPS and Glass Vegas Trade Shows
Bethlehem Burners will be unveiling two new torches at CHAMPS & Glass Vegas Trade Shows in February, 2017.
Bethlehem Burners, a manufacturer of lampworking and glassworking torches and accessories, recently announced their participation in two glass working trade shows taking place in Las Vegas, Nevada: CHAMPS Trade Show and Glass Vegas American Functional Glass Trade Show. Bethlehem Burners will unveil two new torches at both trade shows for glass artists to see and ask questions about.
“We want to give attendees of CHAMPS and Glass Vegas the first look at our brand new torches,” says Kate Hayes, president at Bethlehem Burners. “They both give the glass community what they’ve been asking for for quite a while.”
Running February 7th-9th 2017, CHAMPS has been a staple in the glass working industry for the past eighteen years and is widely recognized as the largest and most trusted counter-culture trade show in the world. Bethlehem Burners, who has attended CHAMPS since 2012, will donate a Champion torch to one of the winners of the annual Glass Games Flame Off glass art competition, featuring some of the most talented artists in the glass community. They will also engage with tradeshow attendees and hold a social media contest, in which the winner will take home a one-of-a-kind Stainless Steel Bethlehem Burners Champion Torch Face Pendant. To participate, attendees must find the Bethlehem Burners booth (#1824), take a picture with their new torch on display and upload it to Instagram using the hashtag #BethBurnersAtCHAMPS and tagging @kateburners. One winner will be selected at random on the last day of CHAMPS.
Bethlehem Burners will be at their booth on Tuesday from 11-3, Wednesday from 11-2 and Thursday from 1-6.
Bethlehem Burners is giving away a Champion torch face pendant to the winner of their social media contest.
“We are grateful for everything that CHAMPS has done for us and the glass art community over the years.” says Kate. “We cannot wait to show them our support once again by attending, donating a Champion torch and giving away a Torch Face Pendant to one lucky winner!”
Bethlehem Burners will also be attending the inaugural Glass Vegas American Functional Glass Trade Show. Glass Vegas is a fresh new expo featuring functional glass artists from across the country.
“We have decided to not only show our support of this brand new functional glass art trade show by providing sponsorship but also having a booth located near the bar so we can hang out and talk with the artists!” explains Kate. “We can’t think of a better way to meet with flame workers and share flame working equipment ideas then share a drink while viewing artwork firsthand.”
Bethlehem Burners will be at their booth (#616) on Monday from 7-10, Tuesday from 5-7 and Wednesday from 4-7.
